Terms & Conditions — fk11 Platform Rules and User Agreement

1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the fk11 website available at fk11.io and all associated services, products, mobile-optimised interfaces, and features offered thereunder.
• "Account" means the personal account registered by a Player on the Platform.
• "Player" / "User" / "you" means any individual who accesses, registers on, or otherwise uses the Platform.
• "Balance" means the real-money funds held in a Player's account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless specifically stated.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, or match bonus amounts credited to a Player's account pursuant to a promotion.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and address verification process required before withdrawals can be processed.

2. Acceptance of Terms

3. Eligibility

Any player found to be under the age of 21 will have their account closed immediately, all winnings forfeited, and all deposits returned to the verified payment source where practicable.

• Account maintenance: fk11 reserves the right to close or restrict any account that has been inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months without prior notice, subject to applicable dormant account procedures.

5. KYC Verification

• No deposit fees: fk11 does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are your sole responsibility.

7. Withdrawals

The following terms apply to all withdrawal requests made on the fk11 Platform:

• KYC prerequisite: All withdrawal requests require the player to have completed KYC verification to the satisfaction of fk11's compliance team. Unverified accounts cannot process withdrawals.
• Minimum withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.

9. Betting and Gaming Rules

• Bet acceptance: A bet is only valid once it has been accepted and confirmed by the fk11 system. Bets placed during system errors, connection outages, or at manifestly incorrect odds may be voided at fk11's discretion.

15. Amendments to These Terms

fk11 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. The effective date at the top of this document will be updated accordingly.

Your continued use of the Platform following notification of any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.
